Our room was good basic and unique, provided with a great view. the staff was extremely friendly and brilliantly friendly, kept everything clean and great. - Had a very comfortable stay here during our trip. This hotel offers cozy rooms with unique views and goes above and beyond with its friendly and attentive staff, making for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Hotel was little and pretty, I enjoyed the stay.
The rooms were impressive with a balcony and a great view, as for instance, and I had a such great stay overall.

We greatly enjoyed this stay. Stayed for 8 nights, the hotel was wonderful and reasonably clean, it had marvellous location right in the heart of the Old Town. The property was in the heart of the city. We found there plenty of restaurants to eat, like Trois Cent Onze that is only 5 minutes' walk away. Queen room was the best. The staff and people generally were outstandingly accommodating.
Some of the staff were very unwelcoming.

The location of Da House Hotel is amazing, just a short walk to the center of old San Juan and the city center. Our room was gorgeous and elegant, with a Juliet balcony offering a nice view plus patio.

Unique and decent sized rooms with local artworks. Bonus point for Netflix and Wi-Fi. - Incredible location with a bus stop within walking distance to the hotel.

The hotel had a great location, with easy access to all the major attractions in the area. The staff was friendly and helpful, providing good recommendations for places to visit and eat. I also liked the fact that the hotel offered a voucher for a nearby eatery, where I could grab a quick breakfast before heading out for the day.
I had a terrible experience due to the noise level in the hotel. The rooms were extremely loud, making it impossible for me to get a good night's sleep.
